PAYMENT

No goods can be taken from the shop unless they are paid for in full. If a payment plan has been agreed then all payments must be made before the goods are taken.

For goods that are ordered, Customers are required to pay a minimum 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and the remaining balance paid on collection of the goods.

All ordered goods must be collected and paid for in full within six months of order unless otherwise agreed with Cathedral Belles of Worcester.

Where a Customer pays by cheque, the goods will not be released until the cheque has been cleared by the relevant Bank.

All goods remain the property of Cathedral Belles of Worcester until full payment is received.

Customers should retain their sales invoice as proof of purchase.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Customers who cancel their order will not receive a refund of any deposit(s) paid. 

SIZING

Customers will be measured and the sizing agreed prior to the order of the goods. Cathedral Belles of Worcester cannot accept responsibility for goods that do not fit where the Customer's measurements have changed.
